Forty pairs, one workshop in Dharavi. A small order for a college fest that never came back — so we sold them at the door.

SK Plastic is a family workshop turned wholesale house. We make one shoe, in three colorways, in lots of 140 to 500 pairs. Nothing else. This is the story of how we got here.

The Rouge drop
We swapped white for a hand-dyed magenta napa. The colorway that put SK Plastic on the wholesale map.

Bulk-only pivot
We stopped taking single-pair orders. Minimum 140 pairs, maximum 500 — enough for a boutique, small enough to stay honest.
